2. Educational Use Only
NotesGPT generates study materials using artificial intelligence. While we design the prompts to align with CBSE standards and emphasize factual correctness, AI can still hallucinate or make errors. You agree to use NotesGPT as an auxiliary study aid, not a definitive textbook substitute.
3. Fair Usage
Our AI generations require significant computational power. We reserve the right to rate-limit, restrict, or block IP addresses that attempt to abuse the API, spam generations, or extract materials via automated scripts/bots.
4. Intellectual Property
The structural layout, design language, custom code (Neural Matrix), and "NotesGPT" branding are intellectual property. The raw notes inherently generated by the AI models are for your personal, non-commercial educational use.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
NotesGPT is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not legally responsible for academic grades, misconceptions, or any direct/indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
